11. Video Recording Policy

Training Sessions: We may record virtual training sessions for quality and review purposes. Your consent is always required before any recording begins.

Recording Practices

  • • Option to participate without being recorded
  • • Secure storage with restricted access
  • • Automatic deletion after 6 months

Your Options

You can turn off your camera and microphone at any time during a session if you prefer not to be recorded. This won't affect your ability to participate in the training.
